FOMA has tie-ups with various shipping companies and maritime organizations abroad. Welcome to Fleet Ocean Maritime Academy, Pune. I am very glad to share the growth and vision of fleet ocean maritime academy of Maritime Trainings. FOMA is in the 13th year of its inception. During this span of time, FOMA has grown in multiple dimensions. The infrastructural upliftment of our Marine College is substantial. Full-fledged operating Ship in Campus with international maritime Organization (IMO) standard to offer training to our Marine Engineering stream candidates. Marine class rooms, living rooms, Workshops and Labs are of standard of art nature. Thus the career offers a very rare experience of combining the work culture with a sense of pleasure and adventurous spirit. The unique nature of the course curriculum, which includes practical training, Firefighting, boat drills etc. will enhance the practical approach of the candidate The training offered is one of the best in the industry with a mission to cultivate and groom future mariners to the improved standard of the Industry. Qualified, experienced and dedicated faculty takes care of quality training in accordance. The Merchant Navy is challenging, adventurous and rewarding career. It has no limit. We at FOMA try and equip the cadets with the required technical knowledge, character, strength, and zeal to meet the ever growing challenges of the merchant navy so as to enable him to make a safe and successful career, and I am proud to mention that our boys are always excelling in academics.
